-목적- 

Remote 원리로 원거리에서 Plasma 를 발생시켜 공정에 필요한 가스를 분해 전자와 이온을 배제한, 활성종 즉 Radical를 반조체 Chamber에 공급해 줌으로써 Plasma로 인한 Chamber 내부의 Damage를 줄일 수 있고,필요한 Radical 을 Chamber 에 다량으로 공급 할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

-Purpose- 

The remote principle reduces damage inside the chamber due to Plasma by generating plasma from a long distance to supply active species, that is, Radical, that excludes decomposition electrons and ions, and only the necessary radicals can be supplied to the chamber in large quantities.
